Zhejiang Desheng Railway Equipment inc. was founded on June ***4 and specialized in railway turnouts,crossings,baseplates and other accessories. Today we are one of the leading manufacturers for producing,studying and developing built-up alloy steel crossings,and In March  ***0 the company received the administrative license from China National Railway Administration, becoming the first private company along with the other three state-run companies who has the same ones.

Now our products are widely used in China. We have received lots of good reputation from more than *5 regional railway administrations such asGuangzhou Shanghai Beijing etc. And also approved and accepted by Nigeria Railway Company and Kereta Api Indonisia.

Our alloy steel frog has more advantages and been tested its better performance.

1.It has higher hardness(HRC *0),more wear-resisting, less replacement, lower maintainence cost than high manganses steel.All are proved by the testing reports issued from CQC center of Chinese Railway Ministry.

2.Also Our crossings have been successfully tested for its long life in Daqin Railway,which has the largest traffic volume in the world and reached *0million tons last year.

3.Since one alloy steel turnout can equal to 3~4 high manganese ones,so its cost will be much lower for long term.


4.The end of crossing made of hardened rail which can be easily welded to the common rail,especially for seamless railway.

5.Since our crossing is built-up type, the most easily-damageable parts like the core of vee and inner portion of wing rail can be taken place seperately.
