as 8T/5T/3T electric hydraulic hammer,large board hammers and
various air hammers;***0T/***0T/***0T/**0T friction press,and can
make max 7T forgings.Also equipped with CA***6E****5 vertical
lathe,CW****0B and CW*0 lathes more than *0 sets; we introduced the
FAUNA CNC vertical lather from Korea and Taiwan,and GSK**0 CNC
lathes more than *0 sets.For heat treatment,we equipped the
KGPS**0KW/***0HZ electric furnace,which can do
normalizing,annealing,tempering and so on.All these equipents
ensure us the strong precision machining
capability.
We have our own physics and chemical lab,which
has the strong inspection and test ability.Our main testing
equipment includes spectrometer imported from Gernmany,3 sets
brinell testers imported from USA,2 sets ultrasonic testing
equipment,tensile tester,element analyzer,optical microscope
etc,which can do various mechanical performance tests,UT
etc.
