workstation,provincial enterprise technology center.The research
and development of aluminium heat transfer material and aluminium
alloy medium and thick plate for aviation is in domestic advanced
level.Meanwhile,Qixing also host complete production line and
advanced equipments.As a raw material manufature,we have
Melting&Casting line that can make aluminium ingot from
aluminium liquid;Hot rolling production line that can make
aluminium ingot into aluminium coil or plate;aluminium heat
transfer composite material line that can make high additional
value production ;Medium and thick plate producting line that can
make high performance aluminium sheet and
plate.
With **7 sets of
laboratory testing equipment both at home and abroad ,qixing can do
component testing,mechanical property tasting,width
detection,metallographic testing,grain size detection,vacuum
brazing experiment and ect. .Therefore,our company can satisfy the
high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,high strength
,high toughness and high damage tolerance properties of heavy and
medium plate that used in aviation area as well as meet the
research and testing requirments of aluminium alloy composite
materials which are high strength,high  precision and good
corrosion resistance and weldability.
