Zhongyi Rubber Co., Ltd. is a professional high-performance
all-steel radial tire, semi-steel radial tire, steel wire rope core
and fabric core rubber conveyor belt R & D enterprises, which
has a designed annual output of 3 million sets of all-steel radial
tire factory. In addition, we have a semi-steel radial tire factory
with an annual design capacity of 6 million sets and a rubber
conveyor belt factory with an annual design capacity of *0 million
square meters.
The company's self-built and cooperative factories have Japan's
Kobelco mixer, Italy's Rudolf calender, Germany's Trester triple
composite production line and Krupp double composite production
line, Germany's Fischer cutting machine, the United States Akron
dynamic balance uniformity detection machine and other production
and testing equipment. The tire factory cooperated with the company
has passed the ISO/TS****9 quality management system certification,
ISO****1 environmental management system certification and
OHSAS****1 occupational health and safety management system
certification, and the laboratory has passed the ISO****5 standard
laboratory accreditation.
The all-steel radial tire products of the company have passed CCC
mandatory product certification in China, and the semi-steel radial
tire products have passed CCC mandatory product certification in
China, DOT certification in the United States Department of
Transportation, ECE certification in the European Union, GCC
certification in the Middle East region, INMETRO certification in
Brazil, BIS certification in India and SONCAP certification in
Nigeria. Products comply with REACH regulations and labeling
laws.
The company owns and cooperates with tire brands such as "JOYROAD",
"CENTARA", "ARDUZZA" and "JOYTRANS" and "Zhongzhong" conveyor belt
brands. We are committed to providing users with safer and more
