Xi'an HUIQUN Group Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xi'an tourism Group Ltd, whose predecessor was Xi'an service company founded in ***6. In ***2, Xi'an tourism service group company was constituted on the basis of Xi'an service company and its affiliated fifteen key enterprises, and became the core member of Xi'an tourism service enterprise group. In ***3, HUIQUN Company exchanged state-owned operating high-quality assets into *0 million state shares, lunched Xi'an tourism service (Group) Ltd, and formally established in ***4. in ***6 "Xi'an tourism" stock went public. In the same year, based on the principle of clear property rights and divestiture of assets, the Group Company and the holding company were set up separately. In January ***9, Xi'an Tourism Service Group officially changed its name to Xi'an HUIQUN Group Company. Linkages as assets, the Company constituted by wholly-owned, holding, share and cooperation enterprises. The Group mainly engaged in hotels, commercial wholesale and retail, tourism and other businesses, involved with finance and other industries, to formed a diversified business model which is the main subject of trade circulation and tourism service. Through the adjustment and optimization of the management structure, the business focus has gradually shifted to equity management and capital operation, in ***4 with support of Xi`an Group, the company gradually clarified the development direction of the two wings in the centralized purchase of commercial and bulk raw materials. HUIQUN Group company total has three wholly-owned, shareholding and joint ventures, which are Xi'an HUIQUN Building Material LLC, Shaanxi HUIYOU Network Technology Co., Ltd., Xi'an Bell Tower Hotel.
