We have started an olive oil company interested in exports. Our olive oil is a pure Cretan Extra virgin olive oil with an excellent quality, as most of our Cretan products have. Crete, the homeland of Mediterranean diet, is also our own homeland. Inspired by the quality and the nutrition value of its products we walked back into the paths of our ancestors, promoting the best fruit of our land; Olive Oil. Vasiliko olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil which comes from Vasiliki village in the island of Crete. The village is located at the region of Lasithi, the birthplace of Zeus. It is there where divine food becomes the secret of eternity... *0 years ago, two boys and a girl started their journey from that same village. All of them travelled around, from Athens to Aalborg and Delft and from Amsterdam to London. Studying different disciplines, from Physics and Economics to Computer and IT sciences gaining many degrees, from Master of Science to PhD. Giannis, our Economist, now lives in the UK, Kostis our Computer scientist lives in Athens and Dimitra, the Physicist in Crete, providing Vasiliko oil to the world. Dimitra kindly delivers the olive oil from our ancient trees bringing it safely to Kostis in Athens where he bottles it by hand keeping the tradition and kindness known by our Cretan roots. The olive oil is ready to be provided to the world through Giannis€™ hands and generosity.
