Shanghai Tianhe Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was established in January ***8 by Shanghai University of Technology (formerly Shanghai Institute of Machinery and East China University of Technology) affiliated factory (Qingpu factory area) in accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Education's reform of university enterprises. After the restructuring, the company's business premises, legal representative, engineering and technical personnel, management personnel, production and testing personnel, and production and testing equipment have not changed.

After the establishment of Shanghai Tianhe Electromechanical Co., Ltd., due to the rapid expansion of business, the original site was no longer able to adapt to the company's growth. In February ***9, Shanghai Tianhe Electromechanical Co., Ltd. invested in Taicang, Jiangsu to register and establish Taicang Tianhe Electromechanical Co., Ltd. In order to promote the development and normal operation of the company, after the completion of the new factory building, the production and testing equipment of Shanghai Tianhe Electromechanical Co., Ltd. will be relocated to Taicang. The research and development, finance, and other office spaces will still be retained in the Science and Technology Park of Shanghai University of Technology, with the design, production, and operation location in Taicang.

The affiliated factory of Shanghai University of Technology has passed the ISO***1 quality management system certification since ***8. After the restructuring, the company's quality management system remains unchanged. Shanghai Tianhe Electromechanical Co., Ltd. and Taicang Tianhe Electromechanical Co., Ltd. obtained ISO***1 quality management system certification in April ***8 and May ***0, respectively.
