As the Fluoro chemical industry base of Sinochem group (ranking **7th of the Fortune **0 companies list in ***8), we sinochem taicang have strong capacity of R&D, product design and manufacture, integral process of small experiment, pilot test and final production. In the year of ***7, we joinly set up the associated fluorine chemical laboratory with the SIOC (Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences). Mr. Qingyun Chen, academician of CAS, is in our academician mobile research station, guiding us in the direction of development. Now in our R&D centre, we have over fifty research engineers, six doctors and tens of masters, meanwhile four more doctors in our post-doctoral mobile research station. We have built a multifunctional pilot test equipment chiefly for our fluoridation tests. With the support of the different kinds of etch-proof reactor and devices, we can experiment on nearly all fluorin ations. In the last year, the annual capacity is reaching **0 MT level. After the pilot test, we can push the tech into commercial process with our manufacture devices of *0, **0 MT level, which is used to produce 1, 1, 1, *- tetrafluoroethane(a.k.a R***4a), a widely used enviromental protective refrigerant. Now we are the thirld biggest manufatruter of R***4a in the world and the first in China. As the company devoted to provide enviromental protective products, we attach great importance to the HSE system. We have got the certificate of RoHS, ISO ***1, ISO ****9, ISO ****1 and OHSAS ****0. After years hard work, our product range is no longer only R***4a and derivative refrigerants any more, expanding to 6 series, over **0 products.
