Refined Tamarind Seed Gum (**2) Refiend Tamarind Seed Gum is a natural thickener extracted from tamarind seeds, widely used in ice cream, flavoring and jelly as thickener. Instant Agar Powder is extracted from seaweeds (gracilaria)and has several types for our customers' choice to meet their different needs. It is widely used in yoghurt, beverage, and jelly as emulsion stabilizer & gelling agent and also as a popular diet food in Japan.
