We are a group of friends who love Kenya because some of us live there and some of us grew up there. Our company name, 'Papo Hapo' (translated from Kiswahili as 'Right Here'), reflects our love for Kenya, as by it we mean: Kenya is the place to be! We began this business in order to share our African experience with the world by creating awareness of the beauty of African handicrafts and souvenirs as well as the skill of African artisans. Our products include: leather wallets and diaries, sisal baskets, African keychains, jewelry, and more. Through our work we also aim to help uplift the economic situation of African artisans by providing them a channel for showcasing their crafts to the world.
