INTRODUCTION AND BRIEF HISTORY:
Pak Hy-Oils Limited (PHOL) was established in ***4 in the public sector as an ancillary unit of National Refinery Limited by PERAC Government of Pakistan to produce value added downstream products of oil refining like Specialty Asphalts, Oils & Lubricants.

Under the privatization program of Government of Pakistan, Pak Hy Oils Limited was handed over to the current management.  Since acquisition PHOL has brought about vast qualitative and quantitative improvements in its product and services through constant R & D, dynamic management, ethical and aggressive marketing, couples with expertise and acumen gained over the years.

It is significant to note that PHOL plant is located adjacent to National Refinery Limited.  PHOL operates in following fields:
