The company, currently having its three manufacturing plants in India, manufactures wide range of decorative paints & accessories like cement putties, primers, etc. The company has done backward integration at its units in order to ensure usage of quality raw materials in manufacturing of decorative paints and, in order to achieve that, the company is also engaged into the manufacturing of acrylic copolymer emulsions, vinyl acetate and vinyl acrylic copolymer emulsions, homopolymers, acrylic thickeners, acrylic dispersing agents, PVA based wood adhesives, General Purpose Adhesives, Paper & Craft Glue (stationary glue), Packaging Adhesives, Pressure Sensitive Adhesives, Lamination Adhesives, Fabric Glues, Textile Binders & Auxilliaries, Carpet Back Coatings, Leather Chemicals and various grades of Construction Chemicals.
Apart from backward integration, the company has undertaken innovative customer initiatives for marketing its products across the globe and today company is proudly exporting its products to more than *0 countries across the world. The company, has today, an all India presence, having its wide distributor and end user network.
At Pexi Paints, Research & Development has played a significant role in the growth of the organization. The company has continuously invested in R&D. Our Technologists not only develop new products and improve upon existing formulations, but also act as a pillar of support to other functions viz. a) Supporting manufacturing deptt in process cycle time reduction & improving productivity by alternate/break through processes b) supporting materials department by providing newer raw materials as alternatives to give them negotiating power and also also alternate vendors for supply flexibility (reducing dependency on a particular supplier or raw material); c) Constantly monitoring emerging technologies and innovation in raw materials so that company can continue to develop top of the line paint products.
