Established in February ***6, Nanjing Baisheng Glass Technology Co., Ltd created our brother company, Nanjing Baisheng Furnace Engineering Co., Ltd. in January ***4 with a registered capital of RMB 5.5 million. We are mainly engaged in the package solution for glass project, including glass

plant (furnace) design, furnace (equipment) construction, installation, hot wind heating up and glass furnace hot repair, serving the plants of flat glass, photovoltaic calendering glass, electric light source glass, daily glass, water glass(carbon-white) and ceramic frits. Now our sevices coverlarge scale float and calender glass kiln cold repair, roasting kiln, thermal insulation and kiln hot repair, daily glass project environmental protection transformation and one-stop solution on glass

plants.

With *5 experienced experts, *0 of which are senior engineers and *0 of which are senior technicians, our professional team advantageously provide our customers good service in glass engineering design, kiln construction, furnace hot repair for large and medium glass furnaces. The

founder of our company also works as an invited professor in local institute. We have established long-term cooperation with the well-known building materials designing institutes, related colleges

and universities, to stay the leading position in the latest advanced technology both domestic and international on glass furnace and glass industry . Our technical team have made bold innovations on energy-saving design of horse shoe flame kiln, coal-to-gas technology of glass kiln, natural gas combustion system of glass kiln and air system of glass kiln. We have exclusive know-hows in the following:energy-saving kiln furnace design technology, kiln cold repair breast wall hanging brick

replacement, the overall lifting and lowering technology of arch, "L" type hanging wall design and installation, water glass kiln mobile overflow port equipment, low-input raw material automatic

batching system, natural gas combustion system modularization, and melting automatic control system for small and medium-sized glass kiln DCS (PLC) .

We built our own processing base of over ***0½¡, equipped with two hanging cranes, specialized steel structure, industrial air pipes and other professional devices. The whole kiln steel structure, the combustion system for natural gas or heavy oil, and the air system are all modularly

produced under our own supervision. Thus not only the designated quality standards are fully met but also the site construction cycle could be greatly shortened.
