Maytech Engineers was established in ***9 as a diversified industry from the traditional Textile Business of the Family to cater to the Engineering and technological needs of familyƒ‚€‚™s own Textile and Garment industries. In ***1, the company started making Wrought Iron Furniture making use of the equipment installed at the facility. We started using solid materials and modern techniques to blend in the casted and non ferrous materials like copper and brass to give Wrought Iron a different look. These items soon captured the market and were exported to USA and Middle Eastern Markets. In ***8, we added a wooden furniture making facility to the existing Wrought Iron factory. SHEESHAM, commonly known as Rosewood is a local wood with very good grains and dark color and is mostly used in the local market but Burma Teak, Oak and Beech wood are also been used in furniture. Hand carving on furniture with floral and geometrical patterns are very popular.
