Quality Assurance: LUCO has technicians in China to perform on-site inspections in our manufacturing facilities. LUCO products are manufactured in ISO ***1 factories. LUCO warrants that its products shall be free from defects under normal conditions and proper application for a period of six months. Our liability is limited to the cost of the proven defective products. Delivery: For LTL orders, every effort will be made to ship your order on the same day that the order was received from our warehouses in Louisville, KY and/or Johnson City, TN. If your order cannot be shipped the day the order was received, you will be notified about the shipping schedule. For container-size orders, the products will be shipped out of China, which typically takes 2 weeks of production and 3 to 4 weeks of freight time. Why Us: We are in a globalization age.
