LASSA Art+Design is a studio who's main interest is stone as natural material and its use in private and public architecture design. In the studio we don't deal with good or bad material but we try to recognize the best qualities in each material we use and at the same time we carefully determine its correct use and demonstration place. Looking at the general definition of natural stone, this is a very traditional and cold material. Unfortunately this is in many cases true and the ones who work with it transmit to others the wrong perception. The biggest mistakes are seen in the architectural use because of lack of basic knowledge. The history teaches us that natural stone it's not just construction material but has something bigger in itself and civilizations and architecture of Romans and Greeks can confirm this. We focus on personalized expression of each product as a unit and we create products which have not only functional meaning but also artistic expression.
