Our company DK OLIVE OIL is a Greek developing company based in Athens, engaged in the production, bottling and trade of olive oil made from olives of the famous koroneiki variety.

The harvesting of our crops begins at the end of each year. With only hard work, the valuable olives are selectively handpicked, sorted out and are immediately carried to our modern oil-press for cold extraction. The moment when the first gold-green olive-oil starts flowing is pure magic. 

Experts know the many factors that contribute to the production of this tasteful cold pressed extra virgin olive oil of the superior category. The remarkable characteristics of the land where the olive trees grow and the latter's uniqueness, the careful appropriate methods of extraction, as well as the careful bottling and proper storage, ensure and preserve the integrity of the real aroma and wonderful flavor of our olive oil. These factors determine not only the measurable qualities of our olive oil, like the acidity, the peroxide value or the refraction of the UV rays, but also result to the finest nuances of its flavor and its unique aroma, which cause the maximum satisfaction of our senses.

Following the increasing demand for food products that are pure and healthy, the first efforts to biologically cultivate organic olive oil begun in the ***0's. In our organic olive groves then olive cultivation is done with the traditional way, without any use of synthetic fertilizers or chemical pesticides. These traditional farming methods, combined with our know-how and all the recent scientific knowledge in ecology and biology, guarantee the overall and supreme quality of the produced olive-oil.

From this gathering and processing of koroneiki olives we produce our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with an acidity of < 0.5%and our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the same of max. 0.5%.
Both our varieties are bottled in a glass, paper-wrapped package of **0 ml & **0 ml, for the protection and maintenance of the olive oil in excellent condition.
