Jhalani Forge Group is currently one of the largest supplier of Tool Kits to numerous manufacturers in Europe, Mexico and South Africa from India. We supply to Tier 1 suppliers who in turn supply to Automobile manufacturers worldwide. JTIL has been the world€™s largest manufacturer of spanners, the number one brand in India having over *0% share in the domestic market for Hand Tools. In ***1, JHALANI IMPEX was made into independent firm, free to manufacture and trade, independent of JTIL. Jhalani Impex subsequently became a part of the Jhalani Forge Group. It is the only manufacturer in India having the capability to forge wheel spanners from ERW tube. Jhalani Forge Group has a capacity of manufacturing over **0, **0 wheel spanners per month for cars and over *0, **0 wheel spanners per month for heavy vehicles. In addition it has the ability to supply other constituents of a tool Kit like, screw drivers, spanners, jack rods, pliers, pipe wrenches etc. etc. Apart from the manufacturing Jhalani Forge Group is in the business of trading. It has got over **0 suppliers who supply various Engineering items to it. It has got a central warehouse in FARIDABAD, Haryana. All goods are consolidated here for inspection and packing as per the norms of the customer. We have a large team of qualified inspectors and a full logistic cell. We are an ISO ********0 company certified by BSI. All products are **0% tested as per customer needs and we work at **0 PPM rejection rate. We have full inhouse testing facilities.
