Founded in ***5 as a building mechanical workshop, Icaro
Machinery is today a world-leading manufacturer of cutters
and benders machines used in processing reinforcement rods for both
civil and industrial building works.
The secret of Icaro success lays in the company€™s ability to
interpret market and users€™ requirements which, combined with
sensitivity, imagination and passion for the job are the winning
formula of Icaro machinery, now very much welcomed so as to become,
towards the end of the nineties, the driving force for the entire
company.
In ***9, Icaro celebrated the production of ****0 machines, only
recently after introducing a new range of machines (***4) in the
Indian market. To date, over ***0 Icaro machines have been
distributed in the whole of India.Â
The development of cutters and benders caused that other parallel
activities (as props and scaffolds, hence the name which means
scaffolding) ran out progressively to focus on the "core
business".Â
Success and fame came also from participation in special projects

To fully test equipments and individual components, Icaro decided
to tackle the most gruelling building experiment of the *0€™s by
contributing to the construction works in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and
Malaysia where significant performance machines are required to
allow working *4 hours a day.
