I€™m pleased to introduce  €Innova Polypak€ an ISO ***1:***5 certified company  are into manufacturing of FIBC bags and situated in Bangalore city, in the southern part of India.
 
€Innova Polypak €was established in ***9 by acquiring fabric manufacturing company and since then we€™ve been supplying the PP woven FIBC bags in India and overseas. We have been focussing on building the Quality First concept right from our design to delivery & performance stages. We€™ve a young team of professionals who have quite a good number of years of experience in the FIBC manufacturing.
 
Our factory is situated in Bangalore City and can cater to the customers in India & overseas in the minimum lead time as expected by the customers.
 
We€™ve the following manufacturing facilities:
1). Extrusion Line: Lohia & Kolsite  machine with the monthly capacity of **0 MT per month.
2). Looms: Total no of looms **6 with the capacity of flat width upto **0  CMS and make tubular fabrics including anti-static fabrics, D-Type fabrics etc.,
3). Lamination Machine: upto lamination width of **0 cm.
4). Needle-Looms: Have the capability upto **0mm webbing & *0mm tie-strings.
5). Liner Plant: can produce upto the width of **0 CMS (tubular or flat) with thickness upto **0 microns.
6). Finishing Lines: 2 lines for container liners,1 for plate bags and 3 for FIBC bags.
 
QA Test Facilities:  We€™ve inhouse facilities for; tensile test, MFI, GSM Cutter, Bag Test Rig, QUV Test Machine etc., For other tests such as cyclic top lift test, drop test, UN certification, we outsource the services to the renowned laboratories.
 
Types of Products manufactured:
 
FIBC Types: UPNL, CIRCULAR, SINGLE LOOP, BAFFLE BAGS (Net Baffle, Tie baffle), CIRCULAR BAFFLE, C-Type & D-Type Etc.
 
Type of Container Bags: Standard Container Bag with zipper, liner and bag in bag Etc.
 
Type of liner: Normal loose liner, Single Form fit & double form fit with Pre-Shape etc.
