Aegis is a
professional helmet manufacturer, specialized in carbon, fiberglass
helmets more than7Â years.
Currently, Aegis has

The most of
production processes are in-house, such as shell, EPS, spare parts,
interiors, sanding, painting and assembling etc, except some parts
like visor, graphic, and packing material.
The company has own
R&D team and tooling workshop, which could offer full set
service from design to molds. And Internal laboratory has all kinds
of head form and testing equipment, which work on ECE, DOT, CCC
etc.
Aegis offer OEM and
ODM services to worldwide customers, and help brand customers get
ECE, DOT and CCC certification to capture Europe, America and China
market.
All of the stages of
the production cycle are managed from within the company: from the
receiving of the raw materials to the final assembly of the
product. This ensures the constant evolution of production
technology and the maintaining of the highest standards in quality.
These stages include: the moulding and finishing of the outer
shell, the moulding of EPS, the moulding of various complementary
plastic components, the painting and the application of graphics,
the production of retention systems and the cutting and preparation
of comfort inner padding, and the final assembly of the
product.

done under the direct control of Aegis qualified
