Our factory have casting, machining,
forging welding, heat treatment, assembly, and testing workshops
and all the high-chromium alloy iron castings using resin sand.Our
castings are modeled with the resin-bonded sand used as molding
materials for all casting parts, and direct reading spectrograph
for on-the-spot sample analysis, to ensure the smooth surface and
compact structure of casting parts based on advanced technology of
wear-resistance metal-melting, casting and heat treatment. Complex
shapes and high-accuracy parts are processed by numerical control
vertical lathes, boring lathes, mill machine processing centers and
numerical control cutting lathes.Â
