HAPPY APPARELS We would like to introduce ourselves as garment manufacturers and exporters who have been in this business for the last *6 years. Experience We are currently manufacturing for clients in UK, Switzerland and Spain. We have also worked for USA, Japan, Israel, Australia, Germany, Belgium among others. Process We have contacts with mills for different kinds of washing finishing, like peach finish, enzyme wash, acid wash etc. Also we can organize organic cotton, modal, linen etc. We follow the system of checking every garment at two separate stages. First after it is made we check for measurements and fitting and after we wash, press etc. (depending on the finish) we recheck every garment for spots, loose threads etc. Fabrics We can work with any fabric: Cotton s, Yarn dyed, Rayon s, Polyester, Linen, blends both in Wovens and Knit's. Also we are very strong in embroideries, hand beading , tie dyes and prints. Capacity Our current production capacity is *0, **0 garments per month. However since we have the space, experience and a strong financial setup we can increase this up to *0, **0 garments per month on demand.
