EGOMIO Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the renowned Athenolia olive, which is native to Sparta and the grater Lakonian region of South East Peloponnese. Dorian Celts family-owned groves of century-old olive trees lie on slopes of **0m elevation in close proximity of Ancient Pellana , overlooking the Lakonian plane In Kastorion we produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, closely monitoring production at every stage, from cultivation and harvest to pressing and processing. The advantage is that the Athenolia olive is grown here, in its place of origin, in ideal climatic conditions. We only use traditional techniques passed on to us by previous generations and with the assistance of modern technology we are able to offer all the very best that the Greek soil has to offer.
