GREENWAY [POLAND] is sister company to GREENWAY PLASTIC RECYCLING in the UK with the majority share holder in each being Mr David Hill. Both companies share a common goal and work to protecting the environment by working within recognised recycling programs as established by convention within the EU. GREENWAY PLASTIC RECYCLING within the UK was established initially as SWANSEA POLYMERS in ***0 with a name change to GREENWAY PLASTIC RECYCLING in June ***4. The company holds the Certificate of Registration under the Control of Pollution (Amendement) Act ***9 number SWW/*****2/CB issued by the Environment Agency in the UK with an expiry date of *3 June ***0. The company is also an AATF., approved by the UK Evironment Agency with the following approval numbers for the various sites that it operates: WEE/GJ***3ZS/ATF - WEE/HK***3ZS/ATF - WEE/HA***3ZS/ATF - WEE/HB***3ZS/ATF - WEE/HC***3ZS/ATF and WEE/HD***3ZS/ATF. During the second half of ***7, GREENWAY PLASTIC RECYCLING expanded into Central Europe in the form of GREENWAY picking Poland as its base. Poland being the centre of Europe with its gateway into the East offered the best long term potential; manufacturing and site costs compared with many other parts of the EU are manageable, Polands lack of Western Technology within the recycling scenario delivers a unique opportunity in working with central and local government and has the ability in delivering additional raw material. The two companies share a wealth of experience in the recycling arena in the form of, Mr David Hill who has in excess of *8 years experience and is President of both companies. Mr Jerzy Hibner has over *7 years experience and is seen as a leading authority in Poland, Ms Joanna Kasprzak is a solicitor and active participant within the protection of the enviornment in Poland. The company in Poland has a paid CEO in the form of Mr C Pulsakowski, a UK born national now resident in Poland. Mr Pulsakowski together with Ms Kasprzak own in equal shares TRADE PULSE which as a general trading company that handles some of the sales and sales infrastructure for GREENWAYÂ GREENWAY is sited on a 3 acre complex and is based in the town of LEDYCZEK in the north of the Poland with the port of Gdansk being 2 hours away and BERLIN with its innovative motorway network into Europe and the Eastern Block only 3 hours away Current services provided by GREENWAY PLASTIC RECYCLING in the UK and GREENWAYÂ in Poland is wide, ranging from the supply of raw product, processed product through to the processing of the buyers own product. Prices are according to market forces and volume. Quotes will be offered together with samples (at buyers account) upon request. Currently we are seeking to expand our service and sales base, we seek buyers of all types of recycled and raw plastic. Our service facility also is seeking to expand its service clients who have a need to process their own raw product at affordable costs
