Lin was very confident with his almond powder because of its pureness and realness. Thus, he named his almond powder Shun-Jeng (which means the realest in Taiwanese). The business of almond powder started from a small shop with a small flyer and became an international family business, just like the rich and aromatic smell of almond powder spreads miles away.
