Since the company was located in the Prato area, he was attracted to the textile sector, that has always been the predominating activity in the district, and he observed that most of the companies were using machinery with very low production rates, relying heavily on manpower. Taking advantage of his own experience in the field of mechanics and surrounding himself with a staff of qualified personnel with ample experience in the textile sector, he decided in ***3 to found a new company for the purpose of producing technologically innovative textile machinery. That same year a new machine for the production of chenille yarn was designed: the PRIMA. This new model once more revolutionized the chenille yarn manufacturing process by supplying a machine with one, centrally driven. In the late ***0's once again hearing and responding to the needs and demands of the industry GIESSE introduced a new machine to the market: the AC **0. This machine has one hydraulic headstock which controls the lift rail motion. The model AC **0 can be supplied initially with either *2 or *4 spindles. Accessories or other devices capable of improving the quality of the products and expanding the production range. Whit this spirit, the GIESSE technical staff developed the model AC *3. GIESSE, always in the forefront and attentive to the demands of the market, projected towards the future after years of study and experimentation, present the market with a model of its machine for the production of chenille yarn that is totally computerized: the AC *1/E. Designed in collaboration with the Department of Mechanics and Industrial Technology of the University of Florence, it guarantees a production of high quality and productivity. Presented on the world market early in ***2, are more than *9, **0 the spindles installed world-wide. The new SL ***0 is an evolution of previous models. Two of the basic concepts have guided the new developments and project of this machine: an increase in flexibility and productive capacity as well as operative cost reductions. With the new headstock controlling each head the SL ***0 permits optimum performance as well as in quality and productivity. With the implement of the computerized control, which has new working functions, the user can quickly change the working parameters while the machine is running. The newly develop CHENILLE GROUP ASSEMBLY unit assures a perfect transmission, thanks to elimination of several elements of the older construction. INNOVA is a fully electronic fancy twister machine capable to produce different yarn style. No other fancy yarn machine on the market has similar characteristics. INNOVA has been developed to be the new solution to the fancy yarn: the meeting point between the market that constantly needs new products, new looks and the makers to minimize their investment and to have a machine able to respond to all the market requests. INNOVA is fancy yarn twister machine with hollow spindle system with take up on tube engineered to meet the requirements in fancy yarn twisting, to produce fine and soft effects, to obtain a better and more economic production of fancy yarn from roving/ sliver or from filaments to use in machine knitting, , furnishing fabrics, clothing, curtains ***** The advanced computerized system has allowed to move the main mechanical organs from the headstock to the sections doing INNOVA advantageous not only in the long configurations but in the small too. The fully computerized system allows to design easily new patterns and different styles can be produced ad the same moment. With the new software you can get from the same yarn hundred different effect designs that can be electronically stored, and INNOVA can be fitted in to produce at the same moment different kind of yarns (chenille, fancy yarns).
