Digicon is committed to manufacturing HF welding machines for PVC/PVDF coated fabrics/technical textiles. Our products have matched the demands of welding fabrics for several manufacturing industries that range from packaging to wide format prints to car and railway upholstrey to tents and tensiles structures all over the world. Digicon also provides dedicated welders for product manufacturing. Recently available are welders for PTFE and silicone coated fabrics. Digicon has a dedicated engineering team to give the customers best of service and maintenance backups to its customers. The wide range of machines includes stationary welders with standard and deep thorats, traveling welders with choice of trough sizes, suspended welders (stationary and traveling), portable welders with shaped tongs for special applications, dedicated welders for manufacture of products with applications in medical, packaging, furnishing etc, . Digicon has aslo introduced the wide range of Carroussels for storage of fabiric rolls. The Digicon machines are exported to over *7 countries and proud to declare a large satisfied customer base. Digicon was founded by a team of engineers from IIT (India's premier educational institute) with excellent educational and technical work expertise and experience. Digicon has supplied welders for range of Indian industries that include defence, nuclear installations, sattellite & aircraft batteries, ferrtilizer and crop storage, FIBC applications to storage and transportation of food and agricultural produce, etc.,
