DESHI CHEMICAL Group Introduction DESHI CHEM Group is a high-tech enterprise group specialized in the research, development and production of the techniques and products of enhancing oil recovery by chemical methods. It includes Beijing DESHI Oilfield Chemical Engineering and Technological Research Center, Shandong DESHI CHEM Group Co., Ltd., Shandong DESHI Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd., Dongying Colloid and Interface Chemistry Engineering and Technological Research Center, Dongying DESHI XINGYUAN Oil Auxiliaries Co., Ltd. and Shangdong DESHI Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd Core Technology (1) surfactant-polymer flooding technology Our company is one of the earliest enterprises who participated in the research for surfactant-polymer flooding technology in China. During nearly ten years of research, development and practice, our company has set up a thorough data model for layer rock displacement of reservoir oil and has accumulated hundreds of surfactant products. In ***9, our surfactant products were used in the guiding experiment program of surfactant-polymer flooding technology in the high temperature and high salinity layer of sheng er qu. It signified that our company had been in the front rank of the industry in the surfactant technology for reservoir oil displacement. On the basis of the different requirements of tertiary oil recovery technologies such as surfactant-polymer flooding technology and alkaline-surfactant-polymer flooding technology and of the matching requirements for different surfactants because of the difference of oil-water systems in each block, we researched and developed the matching surfactant products, and now three systems of industrialized products has been formed: DSQ**1 ion-pair surfactant oil displacement system. The generality of the products of this system is rather strong, and low concentration can achieve ultra low interfacial tension; DSQ**1 anionic/nonionic surfactant oil displacement system. The flexibility of the products of this system is rather strong, and the requirements of ultralow interfacial tension, good desorption and oil-washing ability can be achieved by developing the matching products according to the different oil-water systems and sulphonate systems of each block and making use of the good synergistic effect between the matching products and petroleum sulphonate. DSQ**1 environment friendly aliphatic acid surfactant series. This kind of products are compounded mainly by reproducible aliphatic acid as main raw material, so it is friendly to the environment. In addition, we have DXY**1 foaming agent series and organo-chromium cross-linking agent series. Both of them are the new protect systems which are widely used in tertiary oil recovery. (2) The synthesis technique of thermodynamic chemistry oil recovery DESHI Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. owns 5 subcritical moist steam generators and has the thorough ability of thick oil steam injection construction. We can carry on steam stimulating and steam flooding construction and give full play to group€™s strength in chemical techniques to design the thorough solution of thermodynamic chemistry oil increment according to the layer conditions. It includes: High temperature antiexpansion technique High temperature viscosity reductant and asphaltene dispersing technique High temperature foam and thermosensitive profile control technique Surfactant oil displacement technique CO2 pre-loading and N2 pre-loading technology So far, this technique has been put into field use in the Oil Development Center of Shengli Oilfield, the Mongolia Project Department of Zhongyuan Oilfield and etc. And the oil increment result is obvious. In recent years, the market of thermodynamic chemistry oil recovery has kept a tendency of rapid growth, and DESHI is gradually becoming the leading enterprise in this newly developing domain. (3) The technique of handling the produced fluid of tertiary oil recovery The technique of tertiary oil recovery has been widely used in recent years, and the produced fluid of tertiary oil recovery has high general water percentage and contains large amount of chemical substance such as polyacrylamide and surfactant. As a result, the difficulty in oil-water separation and wastewater degreasing and sterilization has increased. Core strength: 1. On account of the current situation that the blocks of tertiary oil recovery have high general water percentage, we developed the technology of integrating demulsification and purification. This technology can separate oil and water rapidly, greatly improve the oil concentration index of the water outlet in the water separator, reduce the load of the water processing system, guarantee dehydration of crude oil and water quality at the same time and lower the cost of overall treatment dramatically. 2. The technology of integrating CLO2 sterilization- flocculation-Residual chlorine elimination is our patent technology. This technology uses CLO2 generator to continuously produce CLO2 and inject it into the pipeline. In the storage tank, the sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), saprophytic bacteria (TGB) and Iron bacteria (IB) are be killed effectively and the Fe2+ in the wastewater transforms to Fe3+ to perform the function of flocculation. Finally, the neutralization and deoxidation devices for exclusive purpose will be used to eliminate Residual chlorine and to solve the corrosion problem of Cl-. All these lower the handling cost of produced fluid. 3. We have done deep corresponding analysis on oil displacement- demulsification and have formed series of demulsifiers of exclusive use for the produced fluid of tertiary oil recovery such as polymer flooding, surfactant-polymer flooding and etc. The dehydration effect and water quality index are superior to the ones of ordinary crude oil demulsifier. 4. The demulsifiers of exclusive use developed for special construction technology such as acidification, fracture, viscosity reductant, barefoot well completion and etc. have an obvious effort in solving the problem of the emulsified layer in the sedimentation tank. (4) Oil-water process equipment and technology Shangdong DESHI Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. committed itself to the new technology of environmental protection, especially the research, development and utilization of the new technology for handling process of the produced fluid of tertiary oil recovery. The advanced and practical design ideas for water process equipment and the chemical processing technique of the produced fluid of tertiary oil recovery brings out the best in each other. The main products and technologies include: the filter of exclusive use and the efficient degreaser for the produced fluid of tertiary oil recovery, chlorine dioxide generator and residual chlorine eliminating devices, serial drug-feeding equipment and oil-gas-water separator, as well as undertaking the maintenance and transformation of a complete set of gathering and transportation equipment. The development of the polymer oil displacement and the surfactant-polymer flooding technology in oilfield exploiting changed the nature of oilfield produced fluid and led to the difficulty in reaching standard operation of original oil-water devices in oilfield. On the basis of its features of increased water body viscosity and increased oil content, we developed the filter of exclusive use and the efficient degreaser for the produced fluid of tertiary oil recovery. By using innovative double-phrases backwashing technology and oil catcher groove blowdown design, the devices can be fully backwashed everyday in service. And this avoids the drawback of filter material invalidation and degreasing effect decline caused by the accumulation of mud. The unique automatic control system makes the daily usage and maintenance simpler and easier. JY serial drug-feeding devices is a complete set of drug-feeding devices for feeding chemical liquor to the various kinds of systems and it can be used to transport high corrosive media such as different kinds of acid, alkali, salt and etc. It has the functions of agentia storage, mixing and transport and can be regulated by hand or be automatic controlled through the operation signals, such as electronic control and remote control, transporting to the computers. Oil-gas-water efficient separator operates as follows: the mixture of oil, gas and water enters the pre-degassing chamber in high speed, and thanks to the hydrocyclone separation and the action of gravity, large amount of accompanying gas with crude oil can be dissolved out. After the pre-degassing, the mixture of oil and water enters the distributor and the washing chamber in high speed through draft tubes and is washed and demulsified in active water zone containing demulsifier. Flow stabilization is processed to reduce the Reynolds number of the coming fluid. After the coalescence and rectification, the mixture flows into the settling separation chamber for further settling separation. The degassed crude oil enters the oil chamber over dummy plate and is measured through flow meter and then, after the control, flow out of the separator. aqueous phase enters the water chamber through pipes and by pressure balance to achieve the goal of separating oil, gas and water.
