During the year of ***4
and ***6, Dayou began the development of super-precision ceramic
balls with in-depth and systematic research for processing
equipment and technologies of bearing ring, we produce the
super-precision bearing ring by CNC machine, and develop the new
technology for complex grinding, and achieve 2 patents related to
the super precision bearing production. The super precision bearing
was input market with volume production.
During the period from ***7 to ***3, the super precision ceramic
bearings had developed into 5 series, which are *0 type (high-speed
bearing series), *2 type (high-speed and high load bearing series),
H*0 type (super high speed bearing series). B*0 type (oil mist
lubrication series) and *6(ball screw bearing series), more than *0
specifications mainly apply to the top grade numerical control
machines and high-speed motorized spindle totally. The precision
and price of these series can exactly the same to the imported
steel precision bearing, and the lifetime can be more than twice
than the imported ones. The steel ball bearings can be replaced by
our super precision ceramic bearings because of its higher
cost-effective.
