Angelique started her working career at Cosmopak, a manufacturer and distributor of brands such as Prestige Cosmetics and KISS NYC. Angelique found herself consulting and developing products to some of Australia's leading brands, well known not only here in Australia, but around the world. She has designed and sourced packaging for some of the most popular cosmetics still available today. It was here that her passion ignited for the cosmetics industry. Starting out as a Marketing Assistant and working her way through to product development and branding. Her enthusiasm and initiative to learn as much as she could about the industry landed her the position of Business & Product Development Manager within a very short period of time. Jet-setting extensively throughout her career was an area Angelique thoroughly enjoyed because it gave her the opportunity to work and speak with leading cosmetics brands about current & future trends in the cosmetics industry. With this she gained invaluable experience for her future within this industry. After several years, Angelique saw an opportunity to start her own business based on the desire to create cosmetic products that have a distinctive signature style, are unique in design, functional and are aligned with today's needs. Angelique founded Cosmetic Candy in ***3. Cosmetic Candy assists cosmetic brands locally and internationally, sourcing, creating and manufacturing beauty products. Manufacturing facilities are located all over the globe. In ***5, Angelique created ByANGELIQUE to represent the retail brand under the Cosmetic Candy umbrella. The brand was created from Angelique's desire to develop innovative and unique products in the cosmetics industry that carries her personality, character and style in that she is innovative, appealing, feminine, and glamorous with a strong air of confidence. The products are functional, cost-effective and high in quality.
