in the manufacturing of semiconductor lasers and microwave RF
devices. In the first phase, a high-grade purification plant of **0

will be built. The equipment includes vacuum eutectic furnace,
automatic dispensing machine, gold wire bonding machine, electronic
spot welding machine, program-controlled temperature chamber,
push-pull tester, rapid temperature change test chamber and other
kinds of production and testing equipment. We have complete and
mature semiconductor laser and microwave RF device packaging
capabilities, including connector welding, component
bonding/eutectic, lead bonding process, etc.
