Our company produces two kinds of chemical material. One is benzocyclobutene(BCB), its derivatives and resins, the other is squaric acid and relative fine chemical material. The series of BCB products are widely used as advanced electronic materials in microelectronic industry or as heat-resistant resins and composite materials in aerospace field. Squaric acid and its derivatives are a kind of very useful chemical material. They were used mainly as intermediates for preparing the medical, dyes and photosensitive materials. They were used to synthesize photosensitive squaraine dyes.
