We are a team dedicated to designing and manufacturing of gas springs used for various applications ***** Office Chairs, Furniture Hardware Fittings, Automobiles & Special purpose industrial applications. In ***0, we ventured into development & manufacturing of gas springs and have been efficiently catering to the needs of various industries by supplying all kinds of gas springs. We also provide technical guidance for customized design of gas springs for innovative applications. OBJECTIVE The objective of the Organization is to provide service to various industries and to become a front-runner in the industry. MANAGING PARTNERS The active managing partners of the company namely Mr. BIPIN JADHAV and Mr. NITIN JADHAV have been in the industry for more than a decade and have spent most of their tenure in the field of manufacturing, development and marketing of gas springs. PRODUCTS 1) GASOLIFT 2) GASOHITE 3) GASOBLOCK GASOLIFT These gas springs are non Æ’lockable, having a hydro pneumatic ram which is charged under pressure with an inert gas. It has the characteristics of a compression spring which, coupled with a small change in force as it extends, provides a controlled rate of movement. At the end of the extension stroke, oil damping occurs due to a hydraulically cushioned zone. These features help protect hinges and mounts by applying constant force with a damped end of travel. These gas springs are used as lifting or opening mechanism of flaps, shutters, covers, hoods etc. by acting as counter weight with smooth travel. The springs eliminate the actual load or weight of the flaps, shutters, covers hoods etc. to zero or negligible. Advantages 1) Multiple force provision for the same dimensions. 2) Damped fixed speed. 3) Oil incorporated for cushioning & seal lubrication. 4) Hinge points subjected to lower force. 5) Various end-fittings for different applications. Areas of Application 1) Flaps, Shutters, Covers, Hoods, Canopy doors etc. 2) Automobile Tail Gate, Passenger Buses Luggage Compartments. 3) Various Machinery, Clamping Fixtures. 4) Furniture Cabinet, Windows and Home Appliances. GASOHITE GASOHITE springs are used for office chairs and various other systems where steeples height adjustment is required. Till the introduction of gas spring, the height of the chair was adjusted by the means of manual systems. But now gas spring are being widely used as compact element for the chair height adjustments. GASOHITE gas spring facilitates ergonomic characteristic in seating system. When the chair is under load, just by pressing the lever the chair slides downward, when the chair is off load it rises up at the constant speed to the desired height, it is arrested by the release of the lever. GASOHITE gas spring chairs add more comfort by giving a cushioning effect while seating on the chair. The cushioning effect resists or reduces the pressure on the back while seating or occupying the chair for a long period. Advantages 1) Ease of height adjustment to suit the mood of the occupant and to achieve the operational height for comfort and better productivity. 2) Slight cushioning effect in the block condition reduces the pressure on the back while occupying the chair for a long period. 3) Easy installation. 4) Facilitates ergonomic characteristic in seating system. Areas of Application 1) Swivel chairs for smooth height adjustment. 2) Industrial chairs and stools for ergonomic sitting in the industry. 3) Dental stools and ophthalmic chairs. 4) Driver seats for buses, tractors and construction equipments. 5) Work tables. 6) Beauty parlor chairs GASOBLOCK These are lockable gas springs which can be blocked in any desired position in the extension or compression travel as per the design. They provide high rigidity when the rod is being pulled and offer high resistance to the rod being pushed. These gas springs are used in buses and brandedes for passenger seat back rest inclination. They also find application in various auditorium chairs, beauty parlor chairs, ophthalmic and dental equipment, hospital beds and other furniture etc. Advantages 1) Smooth, jerk free and speed controlled operations. 2) Light weight, compact and easy installation. 3) Easy back rest adjustment for optimum comfort for the seat occupant. Areas of Application 1) Passenger seats for buses and brandedes. 2) Dental equipment and ophthalmic seats. 3) Beauty parlor chairs, Wheel chairs 4) Hospital beds and other furniture. MANUFACTURING FACILITIES We have ample production capacity of the gas springs to cater to the needs of regular requirements of various industries. Our current capacity is of 3 Lakh gas springs per year manufactured under strict quality control to ensure best satisfaction of our clients. We are in a constant process of upgrading and expanding our manufacturing set up and plan to double the capacity as per the increasing demand of our clients.
