Buyers: They contact ARESS to ask whether it can find better & cheaper products which the buyer regulary buys. Aress find the alternatives, inform it to the buyer, buyer evaulate the prices, Aress send some samples of those, Buyer checks the quality of products then decide to buy it. At this point, after concluding the buying procedures, the buyer just pay 1% commission to Aress as well as the supplier does. Aress gains totally 2% (1% from Buyer, 1% from Supplier). Suppliers: Usually ARESS contacts Suppliers to ask specific products requested by its Buyers. But sometimes Suppliers also contact ARESS to ask whether they can find new buyers in existing or new regions. Aress searches for new markets, new Buyers and promote Suppliers' products/s.
