The head of board of directors is Necati YILMAZ, General Director is Yasar YILMAZ. The facility was founded on *0 km away of Cide-Bartin way, on 8.**0 m2 land. The first part was completed in ***8 and became ready for the production. Parallel to facility construction, Integrated Management System works started and it is still going on. This system is made with the merge of ISO ***1 Quality Management System, OHSAS ****1 Employee Health and Employee Safety and ISO ****1 Environment Management System. Our dockyard has the capacity and opportunity of both commercial and private boats which are according to the projects and can range till **0 m. In our dockyard the construction of boats such as Motoryacht, Gulet and Trawler which are in yacht construction and Cargo Ship, Tour boats, ferries, fishing boats, tugboats which are commercial. All of our products are produced according to law and legislations and they are CE certificated.
