Our company has been active as Arolez Trading Company in Ankara since ***5 and opened its new manufacturing center on September 1, ***5, in the Sincan Organized Industrial Zone, Ankara. Our organization has been serving the ice-cream market for many years and since ***3 has broadened its product portfolio in the Whipped Cream and Powdered Drinks groups with the production of Hot Chocolate, Cappuccino, Salep, *-in*1 Coffee Mix, Powdered Topping Mix and Pasteurized Butter. Integrating technology with experience and concentrating its production predominantly in the field of dairy products, Arolez Food Industry and Trading Inc. aims to expand throughout Turkey with new dealerships it will add to the Antalya Branch Office and the dealerships in Istanbul and Izmir. Our production is technologically up-to-date and operates under hygienic conditions; products are put up for sale after having been through the sanitary and quality control of food engineers. Production is carried out under the food registration certificate and food production permit given by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, General Directorate of Protection and Control; product quality has been certified with act No. **8, dated August *2, ***9 of the Ankara University, Faculty of Agriculture, and the Arch of Europe Award for Quality and Technology received at the *9th International Arch of Europe Convention in Frankfurt in ***3.
