CONTRACT PERIOD      : *2 months + R&E NON-NEGOTIABLE TRANSACTION PROCEDURE: TANK TO VESSEL

  1. Buyer issues ICPO and CPA with company registration certificate alongside copy of passport page.

  1. Seller issues Commercial invoice, NCNDA/IMFPA, Buyer sign CI and returns back to seller


3    .Seller issues the below PPOP documents to Buyer\'s secured email for verification.

 
  1. Tank Reservoir Storage Receipt
  2. Tank Injection report
  3. Product Passport
  4. Statement of Product Availability
  5. Certificate of Product origin
  6. Authority to Verify
  7. Dip Test Authorization Letter


Note: All the POP documents should be verified from Jurong port

 
  1. Buyer verifies and confirms POP as above & orders SGS to conduct Dip Test of the Product in the Seller\'s Tank.

  1. Upon successful Dip test on the product in the Seller Tank and makes the payment for the total value of the product via MT***-TT to enable the injection process into their nominated Vessel.
  2. Seller injection of product into Buyer Vessel and Seller transfers title ownership to Buyer name.

  1. After seller receive payment from the buyer, Seller has to pay all intermediaries involved in the transaction within *2 hrs.
  2.    Subsequently monthly shipments continues as per terms and conditions of the Sales and Purchase Agreement contract Between Buyer and Seller.
