Description
Introduction
When putting plastic waste material into machine barrel, materials
will be fragmented quickly by the shearing action of high-speed
rotary blade and fixed blade; later, the chopped granules or slices
flow along the internal face of barrel under the centrifugal force
of rotary cutter; meanwhile, due to the effect of lower blade
materials also stir up and down and move from all round to barrel
center; because of the friction of materials in high speed and lots
of friction heat generated by friction between barrel wall and
blade, the temperature of materials increase sharply to
semi-plastic state and materials adhere to small blocks quickly;
before material agglomeration, spray the ration of water prepared
in advance into materials; when cold water contacts hot materials,
it will repid gasification and take the heat at material
surface, and material surface will be cooling sharply so as to
prevent agglomeration; then fragment materials into particles
(Irregular particles in different sizes) through the shattering
action between rotary blade and fixed blade. During the process of
chopping, it is also available to add appropriate pigment to color
according to demands.
