Static Screen Filter for dewatering and cleaning
Static Screen Filter is used as a pre-filter in urban &
industrial waste treatment plants to improve the performance of the
clarifier by drastically reducing the load to many dewatering,
sizing, and wastewater cleanup problems.
The Static Screen Filter （Hydraulic Screen is a static bow screen
for various dewatering and cleaning purposes. It can be used for
fiber and solids recovery, thickening process and waste waters,
dewatering of chips, washing, and barker drum water.
Static Screen Filter consists of a concave curved profile wire screen mounted in a frame with the screen openings perpendicular to the flow. A curved screen has greater capacity than a flat screen due to forces exerted as material flows against the curved surface. The screening ability of a screen is determined by its percentage of open area.
Used widely in the food, sugar, pulp, paper, and wastewater industries, there are no moving parts. The screens are self-cleaning with very low maintenance requirements.
