â—†RXX ZMBT is a semi-ultra fast accelerator for NR, SBR, NBR, BR and other diene rubbers.
◆The critical cure temperature of RXX ZMBT is approx. **0℃ and dry rubber / latex based compounds are vulcanized quickly at **5℃. The state of cure developed by RXX ZMBT is slightly lower than RXX MBT; however, scorch safety is much higher and hence can be used in place of MBT for scorch control.
â—†RXX ZMBT is suitable for latex system with the function for regulating the viscosity of the system.
â—†RXX ZMBT is Suitable for injection molding and foaming rubber products. With safe operation, easily dispersing, non pollution, non discoloration and anti-aging when used with RXX SDBC.
