SINTEC Hydraulic HLP series hydraulic oils provide high performance and meet the requirements of major hydraulic equipment manufacturers. The oils are produced on the basis of deeply refined mineral base oils using a high-quality multifunctional additive package.
Key features

  • possesses high antiwear characteristics, providing an extended service life of the equipment
  • resistance to oxidation - prevents the formation of lacquer deposits on the surface of the tanks
  • stable temperature properties - at elevated temperatures, oils do not decompose and do not form deposits and sludge
  • stability of the chemical composition throughout the life of the oils
  • excellent anti-corrosion properties prevent rusting of yellow metals even in the presence of water
  • prevents foaming, eliminates an increase in oil compressibility, which impairs the lubricating and cooling ability of oils
Application
  • in hydraulic systems of machine tools (e.g. injection molding machines, presses, heavy manipulators, machine tools, robots, plastic molding machines)
  • in equipment for the mining and oil industry, bridges and sluice gates, rescue equipment
  • in mobile equipment (for example, excavators and cranes, construction equipment, road transport, agricultural vehicles)
  • hydraulic oils can also have specialized applications (in process control systems, flight simulators, test benches, wind turbines)
