Description

Universal control cable NIKI is intended for transmission of signals and information from sensors to control equipment and is used for remote control over actuating mechanisms during connection for installation inside and between the instruments.

The cable has increased frost resistance and is suitable, among other things, for laying at the facilities of oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical industry, power engineering, located in the Far North regions. Increased noise resistance of the structure ensures high quality of the signal, while its impermeability prevents the spread of moisture.

It should be noted that the NIKI control cable is one of the most popular developments of Cable Alliance Holding. Its main advantage is versatility: a customer can choose the design that best meets the goals and objectives of the project. NIKI control cables can be used under various conditions as power cables, control cables, for digital signal transmission, etc.

Cables in sheath of polyurethane or sheath and insulation from organosilicon ceramic-forming rubber have increased
resistance to mechanical impacts.

In measurement systems for connection
of different sensors and transducers of:
- pressure;

- humidity;

- flow;
- counters;
- thermometers (including thermometers
connected via three-pin circuit);
- gas analyzers;
- corrosion monitoring devices etc.

Compliance with RS-485, HARTcompliance with the requirements of industrial interfaces.
Cables with twisted pair in insulation of cross-linked polyethylene correspond to the HART and RS-485 standards.

Or signal transmission by types:
- dry contact;
- natural signal;

- physical signals 4...20 mA, 0...10V;

- digital, transmitted via protocols: RS-232, RS-485, HART, Profibus-PA, Fieldbus, Modbus.

-2KhL design allows to install cables without preheating at temperatures not less than -60 °C, while all other cables of -KhL design this indicator is limited to -30 °C.
Laying of cables of -2KhL design at low temperatures does not require long-time heating in heated
premises or using electric current, therefore these products are the best solution for laying , installation and

operation during winter.

Cables of -2KhL can be manufactured in different designs by fire hazard: ng(A), ng(A)-LS, ng(A)-HF,
ng(A)-FRLS, ng(A)-FRHF.
