Description

Nancal HVVF adopts vector control and combines PWM technology to realize variable frequency speed control of medium voltage motor.

Main feature and advantage:

  1. Modular design with power cell bypass, interchangeable, long-term full-load operation after one power cell bypassed, improving the reliability of process significantly.
  2. Dual winding motor Control can extend the VFD capacity to **0MW
  3. Locomotive grade long life film capacitor, with high reliability.
  4. Special cold plate adopt Friction Stir Welding (FSW) and reduce the leakage risk for liquid cooling drive.
  5. Highly integrated control system, the core controller is only one six-layer PCB with DSP and FPGA.
  6. Offer 2 kind of cooling means: air and water
  7. Fiber optical used for communication between multiple drives. VFD remote monitoring system based on internet, realize remote monitoring and data exchange via network or wireless network.
  8. Option: High Reliability Redundant Drive System

-Duplicated hot-redundancy, random VFD operation/break down has no impact on motor operation.
-Single VFD can drive motor full-load operation, without add sharing reactor on VFD output port.
-Two VFDs main control system data interaction via synchronous optical.
-Host and the backup VFD switching within 1ms.
-Switching fluctuation of speed in various operation states less than 2% (practical has smaller switching speed fluctuation due to load rotational inertia)
