WNS series horizontal internal combustion full wet back oil and gas fired steam boiler, the flue gas flow can be divided into two forms of two return journey and three return journey.After the fuel is burned by the burner, the torch is filled in the full corrugated furnace chamber and transmits radiant heat through the furnace chamber wall, which is the first return journey.Of high temperature flue gas in the indoor together, to go to a second return, that is threaded pipe bundle area, the convective heat transfer, after the flue gas temperature is gradually reduced to smoke box, before the return of boiler flue gas used to smoke into the Settings in the top box out of the boiler economizer and condenser, three return boiler flue gas smoke box to enter the third return once upon a time, the light tube bundle area, then the smoke box after entering the economizer, finally into the chimney, the atmosphere.

When industrial steam boiler goes out of the factory, it is composed of three parts: the main boiler, the chimney and the pipeline system. The main body and the chimney have been manufactured in the factory, and the supporting pipeline valves and instruments of the main boiler have been installed randomly, and then transported to the site to assemble the main body and the chimney.On the spot connect the air source, power supply and water pipeline to start the test.Greatly shorten the installation cycle, and can guarantee the quality of boiler.

Executive Standard

1. Design, manufacture, assembly, experiment and acceptance of boilers in strict accordance with industry standards, including but not limited to the following standards: GB/T16508 Boiler Shell Boiler, TSG G0001 Boiler Safety Design Supervision Code, GB50273 Boiler Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code

2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, which ensures the safety and reliability of the boiler.

3. Welding materials shall be selected according to NB/T47018. Full penetration welding with argon protection shall be performed on the boiler tube.
