Technological Process
1.Mix nitrile rubber, sulfur, accelerator, zinc oxide,
anti-aging
agent, dye, and titanium dioxide to cure at *0 degrees for *4
hours
2. Put in the hand mold, and then immerse in calcium nitrate;
repeat
the process of put in the hand mold, immerse in calcium
nitrate
until the hand mold reaches the required thickness
3. Dry at **0 degrees for ****0 minutes
4. Wash and dry
5. If making powdered gloves, add talcum powder at the
end
