Product Description

Robot Stacking System is one of the main production equipment in international general brick making,together with automation,humanization and intelligence.Oriental Machinery Fanuc Robot Control System,applied to produce large block brick,rectangular bricks,perforated hollow bricks and other varieties of molding setting.It is workable for double-column or multi-column square or rectangular stacking method. It is the core production facility to make the automatic production line which saves labor and improves quality during production .

The robot blank system consists of a robot, a servo motor system, a chuck system, a blank transport system, a blank turning system, a blank storage system, a marshalling system, a power distribution system, and a pneumatic system. Low rate and high efficiency.
The working principle of the blank transporting machine: The blank transporting machine is composed of two sections. When the bricks are defective, the second part of the transporting machine is raised. Driven by the first part of the blank transport machine, the waste blank is directly sent back to the blank path.
The working principle of the turning machine: When the bricks in the storage lane are sent to the equipment, the tiles will reach the turning machine at a specified distance within a specified time, and the bricks will be turned by the turning machine to form the hole facing upward. (Double mud strips can be stacked up and down) and then enter the next device.
