A: Yes,we are factory.

2. Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge ( for mass product) but do not pay the cost of freight.

3. Q: How could be the procedure if I need make the prototype?

A: If you have drawings or samples, pls feel free to send us, and tell us your special requirements such as material, tolerance, surface treatments and the amount you need.

4. Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 15-20 days. It is according to quantity and products complicated.

5. Q: Do you have Quanlity Control Department?

A: Yes, every orders should be passed through our QC department before shipping.
