Description

Silicon carbide sand mill lining, AKA grinding barrel, with high hardness, wear-resistance, high-temperature resistance, and high thermal conductivity, is a newly researched silicon carbide wear-resistant product that serves ***0 times longer than the ordinaries. It guarantees the efficiency and quality of the grind materials by its fast conduct of the heat and performs excellently in resisting the acid and alkali corrosion of certain grind materials.

Ousteks grinding inner barrel adapts high refractory silicon carbide powder of purity up to *8.5%. Supported by isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique, it produces grinding barrel with density up to 3.1kg/m³, smooth barrel wall, minimized tolerance that guarantees the particles fine and evenly processed.

Application

Mainly for grinding in paint and coating, cosmetics, food, daily chemical industry, dye, ink, medicine, magnetic recording material, ferrite, and photographic film, etc.
