Description
Water Level Gauge Steel Ruler Cables is the
most accurate method to measure the water level. It is usually used
to measure the water level of wells, boreholes and water level
pipes. It is especially suitable for the observation of the
groundwater level in hydropower projects or the manual inspection
of the saturation line of the dam body of the upper rock dam.
The measurement and reading of the Water Level Gauge
Steel Ruler Cables consists of two parts: first, the buried
part of underground materials, the water level pipe and the bottom
cover (purchased separately); second, the ground receiving
instrument - the steel ruler water level gauge, which consists of
the probe, the steel ruler cable, the receiving system and the
winding coil, etc.
The second part is our professional design and
production of steel ruler cable:
1. Probe part: made of stainless steel, with water
resistance contact point installed inside. When the contact
contacts the water surface, the receiving system will be connected.
When the contact leaves the water surface, the receiving system
will be closed by door movement.
2. Steel ruler cable part: the steel ruler and wire are combined by
plastic technology, which not only prevents the steel ruler from
rusting, but also simplifies the operation process, making the
measurement and reading more convenient and accurate
3. Receiving system: it is composed of a sound device and a
peak value indicator. The sound device sends a continuous beep
sound from the beep device. The peak value indicator is a voltmeter
pointer indicator. The two can be selected by turning the switch.
No matter which receiving system is used, the reading accuracy is
the same
4. Winding coil part: composed of mountain winding disc and
bracket, the receiving system and battery are all placed in the
core cavity of the winding coil, and the steel ruler cable is wound
outside the cavity.
